Yes, the Premier maintenance agreement includes one or two routine maintenance visits per annum at regular intervals in which we will fully service the systems in place. This will include testing all the detection devices, the back-up batteries, as well as the live bells. Effectively we put the system into a state of alarm to ensure should it be required in a genuine activation, everything is functional.
Also included in the annual maintenance is the 24/7 support from our team of engineers. You will be given free telephone support and if you require an engineer out to the property then we guarantee to have the engineer on site within 4 hours of you logging the call. You also receive a 50% discount on the associated labour rates; i.e. labour for our contracted customers is heavily subsidised. Any parts that require replacing will be charged accordingly but are discounted as a result of the maintenance agreements, and of course as mentioned the labour taken to replace parts will also be at the subsidised rate.
